How long does shipping take?
Between 2 weeks and 2 days, you will be asked your shipping preference once you place your order.
Missed Delivery?
Please get in touch with the appropriate shipping service (either USPS or FedEx) with your unique tracking number and send us an email as well, we’ll see if we can help you out.
Do you accept returns?
While we accept the timely return of items in our Trunk packages, due to the delicate nature of our garments and the havoc shipping plays on the environment we do not accept returns unless they can be done in studio.
We try to provide the most intricate details of any flaws in our garment descriptions so that our customers can be fully prepared for the state of the garment they are purchasing and we hope that if you don’t love the garment you received, that the price was fair and you can find a friend or community member who will love that garment.
